摘    要:山茱萸是一种重要的野生植物资源,也是我国传统的中药材。为此,对山茱萸的化学成分和药理活性进行系统的归纳和总结,对影响其化学成分含量变化的采收时期、产地、品种、加工方法等各种因素进行了分析探讨,以期为山茱萸资源在食品和药品等领域的开发和利用提供信息支持。

Abstract:Cornus officinalis is an important wild plant resource and also a traditional Chinese medicinal material.The paper systematically summarized its chemical constituents and pharmaceutical activities and also analyzed various factors such as harvest time,origin,varieties,processing methods and so on,which influencing its change of chemical composition.This summary can provide information support with further research and development of Cornus officinalis Sieb.et Zucc in food and medicine areas.
