PC/PE/Chol复合LB膜的分子结构研究

摘    要:用KSV Minitrough研究了磷脂酰胆碱(PC)/磷脂酰乙醇胺(PE)/gg固醇(Ch01)三元复相系统Langmuir—Blodgett(LB)膜的曲线,并用正交实验法研究了同一浓度不同质量比例下的PE/PC/Chol分子排列结构,研究结果表明:双亲性分子三元复相系统的分子结构的稳定性与组成系统的三种物质的质量比有关;并给出该系统中磷脂酰胆碱(PC)、磷脂酰乙醇胺(PE)和胆固醇(Chol)的较佳质量配比.

Abstract:The LB membrane curve of PE/PC/Chol with KSV Minitrough has been studied, and the LB membrane molecular arrangement structure of the PC/PE/Cho] system series under the identical density different quality proportion is searched by the Orthogonal experimental technique. The result indicated that poarents member of three Yuan heterogeneous system series molecular was related to the ratios of the three material systems, and gives the PC, PE and Chol the best quality proportion in this system.
