| 摘 要： | 陕甘宁老区主要位于陕西、甘肃和宁夏的交界处,地处黄土高原区,水土流失严重,干旱少雨,自然条件恶劣.农民收入主要依靠土地,靠天吃饭.本文在实地考察和问卷调查的基础上阐述了农民素质对经济的影响和对农民增收的重要意义,并提出了该区域农民增收的途径和对策,为解决陕甘宁老区的农民增收和区域发展提供参考.

| Abstract: | Shaan-Gan-Ning Border areas are the juncture of Shaanxi,Gansu and Ningxia provinces, they are located in the loess plateau with a very bad natural condition.The main income of local peasants comes from the land planting.The author has an investigation and the research on the spot.According to the first datum and statistical date,the essay analyzes the influence that the quality of peasants impact the local economy and expound the importance of improving the quality of peasants.At last, the essay provides some measures to enhance the peasants' income which provides references for the development of the regional economy. |
