| 摘 要： | DHA和EPA均为ω－3高碳不饱和脂肪酸，在健脑增智，防止心血管疾病，降血脂防动脉硬化，保护视力等方面有重要的作用，是人体健康必要的脂肪酸。将DHA和EPA应用于食品，药品及动物饲料具有广泛的前景，但是要合理食用DHA，EPA，防止其氧化和过量。

| Abstract: | DHA and EPA are all high-carbon nun-saturation fatty acid of 3-w. They root mostly in halobios and are necessary fatty acid, and play a major role in strengthening brain and intelligence, preventing from diseases in angiocargpy, reducing the fat in the blood and preventing arteriosclerosis and eyesight. |
