| 摘 要： | 近20年来，世界田径长跑项目上有一定突破，特别是在女子马拉松项目上更是异军突起。运用文献资料法，数理统计法、专家访谈法，从当前马拉松项目格局特征、训练特点、恢复方法等几个方面对当前马拉松现状进行探讨。

| Abstract: | In the past 20 years, there is a breakthrough in the world track and field sports projects, especially in the women marathon on the sudden emergence. This article sum up experience for the teaching and training for guidance using literature, Mathematics, Statistics, the law, including the world marathon project historical development of the review and analysis that the current patterns characteristics and training features, training for a few of the current marathon the status quo. |
