Abstract:When facing the challenges after entering WTO, the journal of higher colleges and universities must create its own trademark though: 1. Changing compilation conceptions to set up completely new ones; 2. Setting up the sense of elaborate works to edit superior articles; 3. Sticking to its own characteristics and international standardization.
