| 摘 要： | 培养和选拔年轻干部是党和国家兴旺发达的关键.面对新世纪的机遇和挑战,各级党组织应当把培养和选拔年轻干部作为重要的政治任务自觉地抓紧抓好.各级领导干部都要满腔热情地关心和支持这项工作.年轻干部更要奋发向上,努力使自己成长为清醒的合格的领导干部.

| Abstract: | It is key for the prosperity of the Party and our country to train and select young cadres. Facing the opportunity and challenges of the new century, the Party organizations of all ranks should do their best to train and select young cadres as a political task. Leading cadres of all ranks should warmly care and support the young cadres who should be spurred on by a high aim and become as sober and qualified leading cadres. |
