| 摘 要： | 借贷作为一种金融行为,是观察社会经济活动的一个独特且准确的视角。民国时期,中国的借贷体系呈现出新旧交替的特征。早在20世纪初,众多学者就开始对这一时期的社会经济进行调查研究,涌现出一大批关于借贷的卓越成果;但从20世纪80年代开始,学界才真正从学术角度探讨民国时期的借贷问题。文章对国内近三十年来的相关研究成果进行了分类梳理和总体评析。

| Abstract: | As a typical financial activity,loan is one unique and accurate perspective to observe social and economic activities.During the period of the Republic of China,the loan system entered a new period.Back to the early 20th century,the scholars had already started the research on the society and economy and had gotten some achievements.But the really start of studying loan problem academically was from the 1980s during the period of Republic of China.The analysis is made based on the literatures that were published in the recent thirty years. |
