| 摘 要： | 在传统图书馆时代,期刊工作是高校图书馆工作的重要组成部分,期刊资源保障着70%以上的教学科研信息需求,在现代信息社会,电子期刊将与印本期刊一起构建优势互补、长期共存的期刊资源体系,发挥教育职能和信息服务职能,完成为教学和科研服务的重要任务。

| Abstract: | In the era of the traditional library,periodicals work is an important part of university library.Journal of resources are responsible for more than 70% of the information needs of teaching and research.In the modern information society,electronic journals and print journals will complement each other to build long-term coexistence with journals resources system,functioning in education and information services,and serving for teaching and research. |
