| Abstract: | Exercising the effective supervision with the Party and increasing the efficiency of the supervising is a problem to which much attention is paid by personnel with in and out of the Party. The article probes into the original meaning and essential of supervision, illus-trates the inner causes of the low efficiency of supervision, and further states the measure-ments which should be adopted to exercising the effective supervision within the party. |
