| 摘 要： | 共和国中后期，罗马政府采取授予行省居民公民权来实现维护其统治。在行省管理过程中，罗马原有的公民权制度成功地推广到各个行省。探讨罗马的公民权制度，了解其对行省管理在维系整个庞大帝国过程中所发挥的作用。

| Abstract: | Later period of the republic, the Roman government awarded citizenship to of the the province residents in order to consolidate the large province system. In the process of administrative management, the Roman system of original citizenship successfully promoted to all the provinces. This article analyzes the effect of the Roman citizenship system for administrative management in maintaining a large empire. |
