| 摘 要： | 现阶段我国农民政治参与由于受到种种因素的制约和影响,其发展状况还不尽如人意。通过探讨与分析这些制约因素,提出了有助于实现农民政治参与经常化、规范化、制度化的建设。

| Abstract: | In the present stage, the political participation of farmers has been restricted by all kinds of negative variables, and its development is far from satisfactory. By analyzing these factors, the authors put forward some suggestions which is helpful to make farmers participate in politics regularly, and in a standard and systematic way. |
