| 摘 要： | 1917年（民国六年）,直隶地区遭受了历史上罕见的特大水灾。其中天津受灾程度最重,市区全部被淹,给城市带来巨大的灾难。认真总结灾害的成因及其影响,尤其是研究民国时期自然灾害的成因及影响,对今天应对自然灾害仍具有现实的借鉴作用。
