| Abstract: | School culture is the soul of the school, which affects the leading running-school ideas, educational thoughts and teaching practice. School culture also encompasses spiritual culture, institutional culture, and the campus material culture, but the core is the concepts of values. The culture construction of schools is the unification of inheritance and innovation, and is the result of the long-time educational practice of the whole teachers and students. School culture needs careful planning and careful cultivating. |
