| 摘 要： | 包装废弃引起的资源环境问题已成为世界性的问题，许多国家已经制定了专门的包装法。与先进国家相比，我国在包装立法上显得还很薄弱。从指导思想、基本原则、具体制度、管理方式、回收渠道、处理措施等方面对德、日、美、中四国进行比较，可以找出我国与其他国家的差距，为我国包装物循环利用立法提供思路。

| Abstract: | The resources and environmental problems caused by package waste has become a world concern. There are package laws in many countries. Compared with these countries, China is still weak in our legislation on package. This paper introduces the survey and characteristic of package law in China, Germany, Japan, and America. A comparison in guiding ideology, basic principal, concrete system, managing mode, recycling channel and dispose measure leads us to the knowledge of the gap between china and those countries and new ideas for our legislation on package circular. |
