教学评价:课程与教学改革的促进者

摘    要:在我国基础教育改革中,有一种流行观点,认为教学评价是课程与教学改革的最大障碍,是应突破的瓶颈,教学评价应为课程与教学改革服务。对此。应辩证地加以分析。那种把教学评价视为课程与教学改革最大障碍的观点是缺乏依据的, 在整个基础教育改革中,中心问题是发展问题而不是评价问题。教学评价既要适应课程与教学改革的新形势,努力自我完善,又要保持一定的独立性,发挥好对课程与教学改革的监督、检验功能,只有这样,教学评价才能真正成为课程与教学改革的促进者,也才能使基础教育改革呈现健康发展的局面。

Abstract:There exists a popular viewpoint in the reform of basic education in China that teaching evaluation is the biggest barrier and bottle-neck for curriculum and teaching reform, and teaching e-valuation must well serve the curriculum and teaching reform. This viewpoint, however, should be analyzed dialectically. Furthermore, this viewpoint is groundless, for the crucial problem in the basic education reform is not evaluation but development. Teaching evaluation not only should adapt itself to the new situations of curriculum and teaching reform and keep self-perfection continuously, but also should stay independent and give supervision and examination to the teaching reform. Only in this way can teaching evaluation become a facilitator to the curriculum and teaching reform and help the reform to develop healthily as well.
