摘    要:探索保证主体教学有效性的策略是发展主体教学,提高其实践性的需要。有效教师是保证教学有效性的前提;学生是教学的对象和学习主体,主体教学的有效性归根结底要落实在学生对教学的有效参与上;教学中的公平使教学主体际的关系更为稳定和谐,保证了教学的有序与有效;教师的教学艺术水平对学生的学习效果有很大影响。
