五国教育实习模式比较研究

摘    要:中、美、英、法、德五国教育实习模式的比较研究发现,国外教育实习具有四个特点,而我国教育实习则有三点不足。借鉴国外教育实习模式的经验,我国高师教育实习应加大教育实习时间的比重,注重教育实践能力的培养;拓展教育实习的内容与形式,强化教育理论与实践的整合;规范和完善教育实习的管理与评价,建设较为稳定的实习基地,以适应现代教师教育专业化发展的需求。

Abstract:The comparative study on the educational practice models of China, America, England, France and Germany shows that foreign educational practice has four characteristics and our Chinese educational practice has three weakpoints. To meet the need of professional development of teacher education, we should pay more attention to cultivating the educational practice and increasing the practice time, enrich both practical content and styles, strengthen the integration of educational theo- ry and practice, improve both practice management and assessment, and build up steady educational practice bases.
