摘    要:卓越教师培养是时代的求。卓越教师的理想规格是专业精神朴实高尚、专业知识融会贯通、专业能力卓著出色。卓越教师的培养需进行有意识、有计划的设计,这个设计包括:培养模式设计、课程结构设计和实践能力训练设计等。

Abstract:The training of excellent teachers is the demand of the era.An ideal excellent teacher should have very holy thought in his major,smart knowledge and special competence in his field as well.The training of excellent teacher must be a conscious and well-planned design which consists of the design of the training mode,the design of curriculum structure and the design of practical capacity etc.
