摘    要:教材管理学是研究教材管理现象,揭示教材管理规律的科学。探讨教材管理学的体系是要回答“用一个什么样的逻辑结构来论述教材管理的现象和规律”这个问题。建构教材管理学的体系要处理好理论与实践、一般管理与教材管理、教材管理共性和教材管理个性、教材管理措施与教材管理制度,以及教材管理与教材建设五对关系。处理好这五对关系,既有理论逻辑与实践逻辑的观照,又有应然逻辑到实然逻辑再到应然逻辑的观照。由这种逻辑观照所建构的教材管理学体系由教材管理学导论、国家教材管理、学校教材管理三篇九章组成。这样的教材管理学体系力求做到处理好上述五对关系,并弥补已有教材管理学体系的不足。

Abstract:Textbook management is a science that studies the phenomena of text administration and reveals the law of textbook administration.To explore the system of textbook management is to answer the question of what kind of logical structure is used to discuss the phenomena and laws of textbook administration.It is an important task to study the textbook management system in the new era,and also the need to change the situation that there are not enough researches on textbook management system at home and abroad among the educational theorists.To construct the system of textbook management,we should deal with five pairs of relations:theory and practice,general administration and textbook administration,generality and individuality of textbook administration,measures and system of textbook administration,and textbook administration and textbook construction.To deal with these five pairs of relations,we should pay attention to both theoretical logic and practical logic,as well as the logic from ought to be to the reality and then to ought to be.The textbook management system constructed by this logic consists of three parts:introduction to textbook administration,national textbook administration and school textbook administration.This kind of textbookmanagement system strives to deal with the above five pairs of relations and make up for the shortcomings of the existing textbook management system.
