| 肝胆管结石合并重症急性胆管炎应用PTCD的临床价值 | |
| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了重症急性胆管炎(AOSC)应用 PTOD 的临床价值。AOSC 病人,病情均急、重、危。急诊手术危险性大,而保守治疗又难挽救病人生命,终因导致中毒性休克,死亡较多。为此,我们自1984年开始,对13例 AOSC 病人应用经皮肝穿胆道造影及引流术(PTCD)以缓解病情,改善了病人全身情况。然后,择期施行 Roux—Y 型胆肠吻合术。临床观察疗效满。文内对 PTCD 的操作方法及优缺点进行了介绍。 |

| Abstract: | This artical expounded the clinical value of applying PTCD on AOSC.thirteen cases were observed and Treated by using PTCD.Meanwhile,Roux—Y gall and intesrine anastomosis was performed on them at a selected time.Clinically the results were satisfactory.In this paper the procedure and its merits were also introduced. |
