| 摘 要： | 近年来,服务贸易自由化成为经济学家研究的热点问题。服务业成为21世纪重要的经济增长点,服务贸易日益成为推动世界经济增长的“引擎”,也成为衡量一国国际竞争力的一项重要标准。服务贸易自由化的一个重要特点是在服务贸易领域逐步取消限制,实现自由化。在全球服务贸易自由化趋势下,作为东北对外开放的窗口、环渤海经济圈与东北亚经济圈联接枢纽的大连市,面临的是机遇更是严峻的挑战。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the concept of free trade of service has been the hot subject many economics focus on.Service sector is leading the world economic grows in the 21 century.It is the engine to push the world economic grows.It is also the standard measurement to a country's ability in terms of international competition.One important characteristic of free trade of service rests on lifting the bans on the service industry.While the service trade becoming freer across the world,Dalian,as the entrance the Northeast area of China to the world and the connection between the economic area around Bou Hai and economic area of Northeast of China,is facing not only the chance but also the challenge. |
