| 摘 要： | 目的]通过对大连市在校大学生心理亚健康状况的调查,分析大学生亚健康状态.方法]运用文献资料法、调查问卷、数据统计法.结果]学生对健康含义的认识不全面,没有全面了解健康的内涵和外延,忽视了健康还包括社会适应方面,片面的理解健康,学生平均每天参加体育锻炼的时间少等等.结论]作为学校体育教育工作者要转变观念,以“健康第一”的指导思想,对学生进行健康教育和指导..正确引导大学生预防和消除亚健康状态.

| Abstract: | -According to the psychological CFS research of Dalian college students,the assay aims to analyze the CFS condition of Dalian University students. -The research methods include questionnaire,documental research work and data statistics.-The assay gets the result that the students don't understand the meaning of the health comprehensively,including its connotation and extension.Addition,they neglect the facts that health involves the aspects of society-adapting,partial understanding of the health,and inadequate time spent on the physical exercise every day. -The teachers of physical Education should change their teaching conception,that is,based on the instructive thought of "Health is the first".They should instruct and teach students the knowledge of health,leading them to prevent and eliminate the CFS condition. |
