石墨烯-壳聚糖修饰玻碳电极检测牛奶中的三聚氰胺

摘    要:采用Hummers法制备石墨烯,将石墨烯分散于壳聚糖中滴涂在玻碳电极表面制得石墨烯-壳聚糖修饰电极(CTS/GR/GCE电极),分析研究了三聚氰胺在CTS/GR/GCE上的电化学行为。实验结果表明:当扫描电压范围为01.9 V,扫描速度为100 m V/s,扫描三聚氰胺待测液时,在0.8 V附近出现一对明显的氧化还原特征峰。三聚氰胺的线性检测范围为5×10-31.9 V,扫描速度为100 m V/s,扫描三聚氰胺待测液时,在0.8 V附近出现一对明显的氧化还原特征峰。三聚氰胺的线性检测范围为5×10-35×10-5 mol/L,检出限为1×10-5 mol/L。对于实际样品的定性和定量检测效果明显,加标回收率为93%5×10-5 mol/L,检出限为1×10-5 mol/L。对于实际样品的定性和定量检测效果明显,加标回收率为93%101%。

Determination of Melamine in Milk on Glassy Carbon Electrode Modified by Graphene-Chitosan

Abstract:In this paper, graphene (GR) was synthesized by Hummers method. The CTS/GR/GCE electrode was fabricated by Graphene-Chitosan (CTS) complexes which were coated on the surface of Glassy Carbon Electrode (GCE), and the electrochemical behavior of melamine on CTS/GR/GCE was analyzed. Results showed that a pair of redox peaks yielded in the vicinity of 0.8 V when the solution of melamine was scanned at the voltage range of 0-1.9 V and with the scan rate of 100 mV/s. A linear response of melamine was obtained over the range from 5×10^-3-5×10^-5 mol/L, with the detection limit of 1×10^-5 mol/L. This method was applied in the determination of melamine in actual milk sample with recoveries from 93% to 101%.
