| 摘 要： | 私营酒店的发展一直是人们比较关注的问题。为使私营酒店能在激烈的市场竞争中更好地发展,拟通过对目前私营酒店存在的问题及成因的分析,提出私营酒店更新管理观念、走联合体之路、与酒店管理咨询公司联合以及从差异化中定位酒店的管理思路。
