| 摘 要： | 日本曾经是一个农业岛国，在深耕细作的稻作农业社会中，期盼五谷丰登、渔业丰收、人丁兴旺、延年益寿、平安健康的祈福观念与大陆农业国家没有太大的区别。日本的吉祥观念深受中国大陆的影响，吉祥物既有大陆文化的继承也有岛国自身的文化特点，这一点从“和纸”制品如提灯、风筝、扇子、唐纸、千代纸图案以及青森大型灯会造型等与“和纸”有关的文化事项中得以窥见。透过具象的文化载体以及文化符号，可以从更深层面了解日本文化。
