| 摘 要： | 本文从理论出发简述了档案文化的内涵,认为大学校园档案文化是学校校园文化的重要组成部分,是学校规范化管理和特色化教育的重要显现,对于展示学校的整体风貌和办学特色具有重要的意义。构建大学校园档案文化,要用研究的心态看待学校档案管理,充分挖掘有价值的档案进行研究,发挥应有的文化作用;也要突出特色,围绕学校的办学特色和学生的发展专长,强化基础档案特色化管理,弘扬学校的特色教育文化。

| Abstract: | This paper briefs on the connotation of the archival culture in theory, believing that the archival culture is an important component of the university campus culture, as it reflects a university＇s standard management and characteristic education, and as it is of significance in showcasing its image as a whole and its features in management. To develop the campus archival culture, we must conduct the archives management with a research attitude, selecting valuable archives for research and giving full play to their cultural role; highlight the features and strengthen the characteristic management of basic archives around the characteristics of running schools and development of students＇ specialty, developing the campus culture of characteristic education. |
