| 摘 要： | 国内外学术界对东北亚区域经济合作与东北老工业基地新型工业化研究甚少。新型工业化理论为东北老工业基地参与东北亚区域经济合作、实现振兴提供有力的理论支撑;东北老工业基地实现新型工业化具有潜在的优势;东北地区积极参与东北亚区域经济合作可以产生连动效应;在这一过程中要坚持信息化带动工业化升级;利用日韩的资金和技术调整产业结构;构筑东北亚物流中心、发展新型工业园区、加速县域经济发展,才能加速新型工业化进程。

| Abstract: | There are few researches on inter-regional economic cooperation in Northeast Asia and new type industrializaiotn of traditional industrial base in Northeast China.The new type industrialization theory provides the participation of traditional industrial base in Northeast China in inter-regional economic cooperation in Northeast Asia and its rejuvenation with theoretic supports.The traditional industrial base in Northeast China possesses potential advantages to achieve new type industrialization.The active participation of Northeast China in inter-regional economic cooperation in Northeast Asia can produce chain effects.In the process of the new type industrialization,informationization should be used to promote the upgrade of industrialization and the capital and technology from Japan and South Korea should be employed to readjust the industrial setup.In addition,to accelerate new type industrialization,the logistic center should be established,the new type industrial garden should be developed,the development of county-level economy should be further promoted. |
