| 摘 要： | 随着医学科学的高速发展和医学创新教育的兴起,促使医学教育的模式和目标等发生根本性变革,这就要求医学院必须转变人才培养模式,培养创新型人才。本文从教育理念、培养目标、课程结构、理论和实践教学内容、第二课堂、教学方法和手段、本科生全程导师制、创新师资队伍、创新环境等方面探讨了医学创新型人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of medical sciences and the rise of medical innovative education,the medical teaching mode and teaching aims are prompted into the fundamental innovation.Medical college must change the pattern of training talents into the innovative talents mode.This paper elaborates the construction of medical innovative talents training mode.It includes the flowing aspects: education concept,teaching aims,teaching contents,practice teaching,opening the second classroom,teaching methods,teaching means,the tutorial system of whole course,innovative teaching team and innovative environment. |
