| 摘 要： | 根据中国传统文化中的"阴阳"思想,对都江堰治水中的"疏导"原理进行了分析,认为其"鱼嘴、飞沙堰、宝瓶口"所组成的治水系统是一个典型的"无为管理"体系。其运行效果分别对应于易经中的"震"卦(丰水期)和"坎"卦(枯水期)。在此基础上,讨论了其中的"无为管理"内涵——遵其道,守其德,明其本,用其法,归其根。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the system of Governing by Non-interference in Dujiangyan Irrigation Project in the view of I Ching, which consists of three major projects, namely the Yuzui Water-dividing Dike, the Feishayan Spillway and the Baopingkou Water Inlet. The ve steps of the Governing by Noninterference system is proposed as Following Dao, Adhering its moral, Understanding its fundamental, Applying its methods and Returning its root, which resulted in the image of Kan in low water period and Zhen in high water period. |
