| 摘 要： | 近代大连城市化形成有其殖民侵略的鲜明特点,由于其特殊的地理位置,形成了大连城市的历史命运,曾被俄、日殖民侵略40年之久,至今的城市文化仍残留着许多殖民统治的烙印。所以近代大连城市的发展与西方各国城市形成有着本质上的区别,前者是被植入外来的城市文化,导致大连城市的畸形发展,而后者是在技术革命中推动了英、美、德城市化的发展。探究近代大连城市化形成与发展,为大连城市的发展方向提供一定的参考和研究价值。

| Abstract: | Urbanization of Dalian in modern history has its distinctive colonial character due to nearly 40 years of invasion and economic plunder by Russia and Japan. The historical fate is determined by its critical geographic location, and the traces of the colonial rule are still found in its modern urban culture. The development of Dalian has a distinctive difference from that of modern Western cities： the former was a lopsided development as it was implanted with foreign culture; and the later was the result of technology revolution that promoted urbanization of Britain, America and Germany. The research on formation and development of modern Dalian urbanization provides certain references and analytical value to Dalian development orientation. |
