| Abstract: | The process of rapidly development of small and medium-sized enterprises （SME） in Liaoning, finance plays an important role in supporting. Based on analyzing the positive effect and the problems of Liaoning financial to development of SME, this paper discusses the financial support system to promote the development of SME in Liaoning, respectively from the aspects of support of organization, financial support and socialized service support. |
