| 摘 要： | 大连城市经济发展进程,正在经历着从"不求最大,但求最佳"的质量成长型道路到建设"大大连"追求城市经济规模效益的历史性转变。需要从理论与实际的结合上对城市发展进行价值定位,以利于提高城市功能和积聚效应,增强产业结构的转换能力与应变能力。为此大连城市经济必须做到有效扩张,必须做大做强优势产业,必须统筹兼顾地开展基础设施建设,必须努力提高城市创新水平,必须加快农村城镇化进程,必须通过深化改革来为经济发展提供金融支持,才能在经济全球化与区域经济一体化的进程中打出核心城市品牌。

| Abstract: | Dalian city economic developing course is going through from the quality increasing way of "not for most, but for best" to pursuing the city economic scope benefit of "great Dalian ". This historic conversion needs to orientate the city developing value from the combination of reality and practice. It will benefit to enhancing city function and accumulating effect, strengthen the conversing and reacting ability of industry structure. In order to do that, Dalian city economy must finish available exaggeration, enlarge and strengthen superior industry, develop basic establishment construction considering all factors, make great efforts to increase city innovating levels, quicken the course of the turning from country to town and deepen reform to bring about financial support for economic development. Only in this way, a core city trademark could be made in the course of economic globalism and regional economic unify. |
