| 摘 要： | 目的 研究干酪样乳杆菌（Ｌａｃｔｏｂａｃｉｌｌｕｓ ｃａｓｅｉ）对白色念珠菌（Ｃａｎｄｉｄａ ａｌｂｉｃａｎｓ）、金黄色葡萄球菌（Ｓｔａｐｈｙｌｏｃｏｃｃｕｓ ａｕｒｅｕｓ）、福氏志贺氏菌２ａ亚型（Ｓｈｉｇｅｌｌａ ｆｌｅｘｎｅｒｉ ｓｕｂ．２ａ）、产毒性大肠杆菌（ＥＴＥＣ）、致病性大肠杆菌（ＥＰＥＣ） 等腹泻病原菌的生物拮抗作用；方法 将干酪乳杆菌分别与各种腹泻病原菌混合培养，同时将上述细菌单独培养，观察细菌的生长情况；结果干酷乳杆菌能明显抑制白色念珠菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和福氏痢疾杆菌２ａ亚型的生长繁殖，而对ＥＰＥＣ、ＥＴＥＣ的生物拮抗作用则不明显． |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the antaganism of lactobacillus casei against candida albicans, staphylococcus aureus, ETEC, EPEC and shigella flexneri sub. 2a in vitro. Methods Lactobacillus casei was cultured with each kind of the bacteria in vitro and the growth of them was observed. Result Lactobacillus casei can antagonise the growth of candida albicans, staphylococcus aureus and shigellaflexneri sub. 2a. but has no effect on EPEC and ETEC. |
