| 摘 要： | 本文围绕创新和创新能力的概念,以及从国家创新能力评价、区域创新能力评价、高校科技创新能力评价和高校科技创新能力影响因素分析等方面,简要回顾了国内外有关创新能力评价研究的基本状况,在此基础上,对目前相关研究的特点与不足进行了初步的分析与讨论。

| Abstract: | Based on the concepts of innovation and innovation ability,the paper focuses on the evaluation of national and regional innovation ability,science and technology innovation ability of higher education and its influencing factors.After a brief review of relevant studies on the evaluation of innovation ability in China and abroad,the paper tentatively discusses and analyses the features and deficiencies of these studies. |
