| 摘 要： | 如何构建并不断优化高校创新人才培养体系,培养高素质创新人才,已成为当今人才培养和高等教育的重大课题。本文针对当前人才培养体系构建中缺乏整体性、预测性和可操作性的不足,基于工业工程(IE)思想和多Agent仿真技术,从工学的角度提出了创新人才培养体系构建的新思路和新方法,可望在一定程度上推进相关领域的理论与实证研究。

| Abstract: | The construction and optimization of universities' innovative talent cultivation system as well as the cultivation of high quality innovative talents have become the hot topics in the two fields.Due to the lack of wholeness and insufficient predictability and operability of the construction of current talent cultivation system,this paper advances new thoughts and methods based on IE concept and MAS simulation so as to improve theories and experimental researches to some extent in related fields. |
