| 摘 要： | 校园文化建构是一个关乎高校存亡与发展的关键命题,也是一项复杂而长远的系统工程。合并型地方本科院校的校园文化建构,既有一般高校校园文化建构的共同特点,又有"合并"、"地方"高校的独特性。在实施"文化强国"战略的大背景下,深入探索和研究合并型地方本科院校的校园文化建构,不仅是合并型地方本科院校实现自身科学发展的首要,也是推动我国文化大繁荣、大发展的题中要义。温州大学的实践证明,对多源文化的传承与整合,汲取区域文化精髓来提升校园文化内涵,立足于人才培养,注重高品位学术性,从而实现"文化立校、以文化人"的目的,是合并型地方本科院校校园文化建构的一条切实可行的路径。

| Abstract: | Construction of campus culture is a key to the existence and development of a higher institution as well as a complicated and long-run systematic project.The construction of campus culture in merged local colleges and universities carries the common features of campus culture construction;in addition,it also has the peculiarity of merger and locality.Under the background of the " cultural power " strategy,the deeper study on the campus culture construction of the merged local universities is of primary importance to their self-development and then significant to the great prosperity and development of China.The practice in Wenzhou University proves that it is a feasible way for merged colleges and universities to achieve the aim of establishing a university by culture and cultivating talents by culture through passing on and integrating the multi – cultures,adopting the local cultural gist to promote the connotation of campus culture,as well as focusing on talent cultivation and high-quality academic research. |
