| 摘 要： | 知识产权文化本质上是一种创新文化,它与科技创新之间构成互动的生态系统。但是,目前我国多数高校还没有形成知识产权保护与管理的良好环境,广大教师的知识产权意识淡薄,知识产权文化氛围缺失严重。因此,应当大力推动高校知识产权人才培养和培训,加强高校知识产权宣传与普及,建立高校知识产权与技术转移管理者协会,营建高校科技创新中的知识产权文化生态环境。
