| 摘 要： | 本文从工程教育、劳动力市场的特征以及创新力和竞争力的实现角度,发现工程人才培养模式会因社会保障基础的不同而不同;根据工业发达国家社会福利保障制度的差异以及工业发展中国家的特点,将工程人才培养模式分为五种,并对每类模式从工程教育以及劳动力市场的角度做特征描述、比较分析研究.
