| 摘 要： | 本文从现代工程活动的基本属性出发,分析了对工程师综合素质的要求;从默会知识论的视角,解释了现代工程师个体默会知识的构成要素及层次结构,提出了"工程思维习惯"和"工程思维能力"的概念,并依据心理学原理,论述了两者在解决工程问题过程中的作用及关系;阐述了现代工程师思维的默会性特征及其根源.
