| 摘 要： | 为了避免过度竞争,大学之间选择建立联盟。大学联盟实质上是三所以上的大学出于共同的目标自愿联合在一起,形成一种新的治理结构,对成员实施规范制约。随着办学自主权的扩大和落实,中国大学开始组建大学联盟。联盟的创建实质上是场域层面的制度建构。通过考察C9联盟建构组织场域的过程,我们发现:C9联盟的参与者,持续地建立了一系列的新制度,创造了一种新的激励结构,促使高等教育系统从竞争向合作的转变。C9联盟走向成熟的标志是由利益共同体走向价值共同体,当务之急是硬化某些规则和程序;创造行动仪式、符号和意识形态;强化价值认同,形成统一目标;把组织嵌入社会背景中,实现制度的扩散。
