| 摘 要： | 本文利用最新的调查数据,研究了大学生人力资本、家庭社会经济背景对他们就业实现的决定效应,以及当前劳动力市场的效率问题。研究发现,对大学生就业有显著决定作用的是大学生的人力资本,而不是家庭社会经济背景。研究结果表明,在当前的大学生就业中,人力资本机制是主导性机制,社会资本机制仅处于辅助性地位,读书无用或者成绩无用是没有实证基础的。这说明,大学生劳动力市场的运作态势是有效率的、健康的。
