| 摘 要： | 总结了日本企业在经营管理中运用《孙子兵法》的特点和优势,深刻分析了日本企业界成功运用孙子兵法的原因,得出如下几点启示:《孙子兵法》在现代企业中的应用效果与竞争环境和竞争意识密切相关;要与现代化经营管理理论相结合;要与个人丰富的实践管理经验相结合;要处理好孙子"诡道"等思想与市场公平竞争规则的关系;不同的国家和企业在运用《孙子兵法》过程中各有独特的优势和经验,要互为借鉴。

| Abstract: | This article summed up the characteristics and advantages of employing Military Science of Sun Tzu in Japanese enterprise management,analysed deeply the reasons why Japanese enterprises can successfully employ Military Science of Sun Tzu,and then reached as follows several enlightenments:the applying effect of Military Science of Sun Tzu in modern enterprise is intently connected with competitive consciousness and environment.Modernized management theory is to be combined with;individual rich management experience is to be combined with;the relationship between the "warfare deception"thought and the market fair competition rules is to be dealt with well;the fact that countries and enterprises have their unique advantages and experiences in the process of utilizing Military Science of Sun Tzu,which is to be used for reference mutually. |
