| 摘 要： | 高校教学改革应充分利用师资方面的优势,在课堂教学中采用"师师合作"的教学模式。这一方面可以使课堂节目化、开放化,甚至对抗化,从而提高学生的学习兴趣。另一方面也可加大课堂知识容量,完善学生的知识结构,提高历史课堂教学质量,还可以在一定程度上提高教师的科研水平,减轻教师负担。

| Abstract: | Universities have the advantage of qualified teachers,of which should be made full use in teaching reform.The co-teaching mode by teachers can be adopted in classroom teaching.On the one hand,students' learning interest can be improved through classroom teaching programs,opening and even confrontation.On the other hand,history classroom teaching quality can be improved through increasing classroom teaching contents and perfecting students' knowledge structures.In some way,teachers' level of scientific research can be improved and burdens can be reduced. |
