| 摘 要： | 计算机及其互联网的发展有力地推动着传统图书馆向网络化、数字化方向迈进 ,对整个图书馆事业带来深远的影响 ,主要表现为 :业务工作管理手段实现自动化 ;业务工作服务功能日趋完善 ;加入全国数字图书馆网络 ,有计划地将特色馆藏数字化 ;积极开发网络信息资源 ,开展信息导航服务。图书馆工作者只有不断学习新知识、掌握新技能 ,才能适应形势需要 ,成为名副其实的信息管理者和知识领航员。

| Abstract: | The development of Computer and internet has propelled traditional library forward to network and digitalization and will have far-reaching influence on the whole library cause in the following aspects:robotization of professional management means, gradual perfection of the service function , digitalization of characteristic collection of the library,effective exploitation of information resource of the network and development of service of information navigation. Librarians must unceasingly learn more new knowledge and skills in order to be qualified information administrators and knowledge pilots. |
