| 摘 要： | 职业教育在农村劳动力转移中具有独特的不可替代的作用，但农村职业教育应对农村劳动力转移需求的能力不足．是制约农村劳动力转移的主要影响因素之一。为此，拓展农村职业教育的功能，积极展现其化民、安民、育民和富民功能；同时构建和选择具有较好适宜性的促进农村劳动力转移的模式。
