| 摘 要： | 体育产业法律环境是指我国体育产业所处的法律环境,即调整体育产业关系的各种法律规范、各种法律规范的制定和实施以及各种相关的法律意识等.通过对我国体育产业的相关法律现象的分析和研究,可以看出我国体育产业法律环境比较差,体育产业法律规范不够健全、法规的制定和实施不够规范、体育产业法律意识比较淡薄,由此提出要加强宣传,加强专门的立法和执法,以及培养综合法制人才的建议.

| Abstract: | The law environment of sports industry includes legislation, drawing up, consciousness of laws etc. in sports law field .The law environment of sports industry is the necessary condition for the development in the sports industry. And the favorable or unfavorable environment would affect the development or perfection of the sports industry straightly. Through analyzing the law environment of the sports industry in China and probing into the essence, this article discusses the Chinese law environment of sports industry and brings forward some advice to its improvement. |
