| 摘 要： | 城乡一体化是一项系统工程，既需要外部资源投入的不断增加，同时也依赖于内部体制和机制的持续性创新。湖州市在大力推进城乡一体化建设的进程中，已经获得了有益的探索，取得了实质性的成果。在下一轮经济跨越式发展时期，湖州市应在科学发展观的指导下，不断增加涉农产业的投入和农业内部的体制创新力度。

| Abstract: | The citycountry integration is a systematic project. It not only demands the continually increasing external resources input, but also depends on the continual creation of the internal system and mechanism. In the process of strongly pushing forward the citycountry integration, the city of Huzhou has already obtained a beneficial quest, and obtained a substantial result. In the next round bigleap development, we should continually increase the agricultural production and the creative degree of the internal system of agriculture under the guidance of scientific development. |
