| 摘 要： | 大蒜在铜、铬、铅、钡四种金属离子溶液中分别培养的实验证明：实验重金属均对大蒜根生长有抑制作用,且随着各重金属离子溶液浓度的增加和处理时间的延长,大蒜根生长的速度变慢或停止.同浓度的不同重金属离子溶液对大蒜根生长的抑制作用,从强到弱依次为：Cu^2＋〉 Cr^3＋〉 Pb^2＋溶液.非重金属Ba^2＋对大蒜根生长无明显影响.

| Abstract: | We had a research into the effects of the four kinds of metals(copper,chromium,plumbous,barium) on the root growth of Allium sativum and the results show that experimental heavy metals all inhibit normal growth of Allium sativum,and with the increase of heavy metals concentration or treatment time,the rate of root growth decreases or stops.At the same concentration,the inhibition in root growth of the three kinds of heavy metals from being strong to weak is Cu~(2+)> Cr~(3+)> Pb~(2+).The Ba~(2+) that is not heavy metal does not clearly inhibit root growth of Allium sativum. |
