| 摘 要： | 在高等教育大众化阶段,精英教育仍是其重要的组成部分。大众化高等教育与精英高等教育应同时存在,承担不同的功能和任务,服务不同的社会对象,共同培育当今社会发展所需要的各类高层次人才。在推进高等教育大众化的同时,要继续强化精英教育,坚持精英高等教育的培养目标和培养规格。对精英高等教育选拔录取机制进行初步探索,目的就是为更好地发展中国大众化阶段的精英高等教育提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | In the higher education popularity stage,the outstanding education is still its important component part.The popular higher education and the outstanding higher education should co-exist.They have different functions and duties,and different social service objects,but they together cultivate graduates who can meet the needs of all levels.When popularizing higher education,we must continue to strengthen the outstanding education and keep on its goal and requirement in fostering outstanding graduates.This paper offers a preliminary discussion of the enrollment of excellent students for the outstanding education to provide a reference for a better development of the outstanding higher education under the background of higher education popularity. |
